Real Estate transactions have slowed significantly. Prices have gone down, although only moderately, here in New Hampshire. Unfortunately for many, foreclosures are up. A buyer client of mine recently (late in 2007) purchased a bank owned residential property for two thirds of its 2006 town assessed value.

When will prices bottom out and come back as they always have over the past 100 years? Be ready and start looking now! The bottom could come at any time! Ride the next rise!
